About Our Jewellery

Unless noted, all of my jewellery is handmade in my studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. As each piece is handmade there will be slight variations in size, shape and finishes between pieces and our website photos. Please contact me with any questions or concerns that may arise.

 

Timelines, Shipping & Handling

Depending upon the piece, it may be in stock or made to order. Made to order items will ship within two to three weeks of their order date. If you need a piece on a specific timeline please contact me before placing your order.

 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post for a flat rate. The cost of shipping will be added at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duty/taxes incurred for shipments to countries outside of Canada.

 

Taxes

For items shipped within Canada, appropriate provincial and federal taxes will apply (GST, HST, PST). There are no taxes added for items shipped to the United States or internationally.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the small size of my business and the handmade nature of my products, I am currently unable to accept returns. I am able to accommodate exchanges of pieces that are not custom made. If a product is damaged upon receipt, please contact me ASAP and I'll arrange for a replacement.

 

Costs associated with shipping for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

I retain the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

 

Customized Pieces or Commissions

Many of my pieces may be customized with different materials and/or finishes. Please contact me if you have something specific in mind.

 

Privacy Policy

I will never sell or share any of your personal information with third parties. Any information collected is used solely for use in fulfilling your order with me. Occasionally I may send you notifications of new products or specials - to opt out of these communications, simply e-mail me at hello@mcallisterstudio.ca with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject.
